Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of Tesify, an academic writing assistant built with artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
Tesify helps you structure, draft, cite and review academic work. The tool supports your work: the authorship of, and the responsibility for, the final content are yours.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Tesify in accordance with your institution’s academic integrity rules. Please read the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Ownership of content
The content you create belongs to you. We grant you a licence to use the software to produce your work.
5. Payments and cancellation
The free plan requires no card. Paid plans, where applicable, are charged as set out at the point of purchase. Consumers resident in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies. If you are contracting from the United Kingdom, the rights given to you by UK consumer law apply, including those under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for contracts concluded at a distance and for digital content.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee particular academic outcomes; the final review of your work is always your responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
